Justin “Scaduto” – Founder and Owner of Scaduto Solutions
Justin, better known as Scaduto, is the visionary founder and owner of Scaduto Solutions LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry, Justin transformed his expertise, passion, and commitment into his own company in 2022.
From the start, Scaduto Solutions was built on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and hard work—principles that remain at the core of everything the company does. This “honest human” philosophy sets Scaduto Solutions apart from other companies, creating a culture of trust and transparency that clients can rely on.
Although the journey is just beginning, Justin and his team are grateful for the opportunity to serve their clients and look forward to building lasting relationships along the way.

Justin attributes much of his success to his wife, Kelli Jo, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to support everything Scaduto Solutions does. Together for a decade, they are celebrating their second wedding anniversary this November.
As proud parents, Justin and Kelli Jo raise five children—four daughters and one son, who currently plays football at the University of Dubuque in Iowa.
Q: What was your dream job as a kid?
A: I wanted to be a fighter jet pilot. Top Gun is my favorite movie, so that dream was definitely inspired by it!
Q: Who was your biggest inspiration growing up?
A: Dave Mirra and Rick Moliterno, two prominent figures in the BMX community. BMX has been a huge part of my life, and I credit it for much of my physical and mental endurance. Even now, I spend weekends at the Rockford BMX track racing with my daughters. It’s a family passion and a constant source of motivation for me.
Q: What was the hardest part of transitioning from employee to business owner?
A: Taking care of my “village.” As an employee, I only had to worry about myself—my work, my needs. Now, as a business owner, I have a whole team to think about. It’s a huge responsibility, but it’s also a motivator that pushes me to work harder every day.
Q: What’s your favorite tool?
A: My 22-year-old hammer, my new Dewalt cordless roofing nailer, and my trusty Occidental tool belt.
Q: What sets you apart from other roofing business owners?
A: I can’t speak for all other business owners, but for me, the biggest difference is that I truly started from the ground up. I’ve done everything—from setting trusses on new construction and picking up shingles on job sites to performing repairs, operating forklifts, and even door-knocking to support my family. Even now, I still get on roofs and do hands-on work. Knowing every aspect of the job firsthand makes a big difference.
Q: If you could give advice to your 10-year-old self, what would it be?
A: Read more and try harder in school. I’m incredibly thankful for where I am in life, but I think putting in more effort back then might have made the journey a bit easier.
Q: What do you want yourself and Scaduto Solutions to be remembered for?
A: I want Scaduto Solutions to be remembered for our honest reputation—that we always did the right thing for our clients and truly earned their trust. Personally, I want to be remembered as a great husband, a good dad, and someone with an honest, hardworking legacy.

Easton Weber has been with Scaduto Solutions since the summer of 2023 and has spent much of his time here learning the trade, developing his customer relationships, and really becoming an important element to our growth. Easton shows up dressed to impress, with an attitude eager to learn, and an energy that is eager to help. Easton is honest, compassionate, and hardworking.. Meet Josh, our newest field team success supervisor at Scaduto Solutions. Prior to joining our family here at Scaduto Solutions he dedicated almost a decade of his life to the service industry. Joshua knew he loved working with people and creating connections everyday but was really ready to make a difference in their life and that is how he ended up with Scaduto Solutions. Josh's fresh perspective, integrity, no nonsense attitude, & deep desire to HELP people, is why we are so thankful to have him in our Scaduto Solutions Village. - Josh was born in Chicago IL and is the youngest of three brothers. His family is still very close and he sees his parents at least once a week.

Josh also said he loves learning everyday.

MEET TORI -
Born in North Carolina and raised in Rockford, Illinois by his mother, a proud Marine veteran, Tori brings a strong work ethic and dedication to his role at Scaduto Solutions. As one of the newest members of the team, Tori followed Scaduto to Valdosta, Georgia, inspired by a shared mission to provide relief and support to those in need.
A devoted husband to his wife, Analisa, and father to three children, Tori finds joy in both family life and his career. Prior to joining Scaduto Solutions, he was “The Sign Guy,” a role he recalls as one of his most fulfilling before embarking on his current journey.
What Tori values most about working with Scaduto Solutions is the opportunity to make a genuine impact while fostering personal and professional growth. Passionate about learning, helping others, and creating positive change—no matter the scale—Tori approaches every challenge with an “all-in” attitude.

Q: How did you hear about Scaduto Solutions or meet Justin Scaduto?
A: I met Justin two summers ago at the Rockford BMX track, where our daughters raced together. Watching how he interacted with his daughters, wife, and the community at the track—mentally, physically, and emotionally—I was inspired. I knew I had to get to know him better. We took a chance on each other, and here we are today.
Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I dreamed of becoming a professional basketball player. I even earned a basketball scholarship to UIC, where I played for a couple of years and studied business administration.
Q: What’s your favorite pastime?
A: Spending time with my wife and kids is always my favorite. But when I’m away from them, I enjoy listening to music and finding new ways to make money.
Q: Who are your favorite music artists?
A: Teddy Swims, Nipsey Hussle, Rick Springfield, and Kanye West, to name a few.
Q: What is something you’re thankful for missing out on or losing in your life?
A: That’s a great question. Looking back, I’d say not becoming the professional basketball player I thought I’d be after my career at UIC. At the time, I thought it was the end of the world and that I had nothing else to offer. But standing here now—with a resilient spirit, beautiful children, an amazing wife, and a great story—I’m grateful I didn’t give up. The best is still ahead.
Q: Do you have a favorite book?
A: The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone.
Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
A: In five years, I see myself continuing to grow with Scaduto Solutions, leading my own team, moving my family into a better home, taking my wife on countless vacations, and achieving financial success. I’ll be able to look back and know it was all worth it—and feel nothing but gratitude.

Born and raised in Rockford, Illinois, Aaron is a devoted family man, happily married to his wife, Ashley, and a proud father of four. Q: How did you hear about Scaduto Solutions?
A: I applied through Indeed.com and had also heard about Scaduto Solutions through connections in the roofing community.
Q: Why did you choose a career in roofing, and why Scaduto Solutions?
A: I’ve always excelled in the hands-on, labor side of work, but a few years ago, I decided to challenge myself and explore sales. It was one of the toughest journeys—mentally, physically, and emotionally—but it turned out to be the most rewarding. I was able to provide more for my family and realized the opportunities in sales were truly limitless. After stepping away from the industry for personal reasons, I decided to give Scaduto Solutions a shot. When I met Justin Scaduto and his wife during my interview, I immediately felt this company was different. I trusted my instincts, and I’m so thankful I made the decision to join. I look forward to helping customers with the support of an honest and reliable company behind me.
Q: Where is the best place you’ve vacationed so far?
A: Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Q: What is something you want to learn more about?
A: I want to deepen my knowledge of the roofing industry while continuing to grow myself, my sales team, and Scaduto Solutions as a unified organization.
Q: What is something you and your wife love to do together?
A: Besides raising our children, we love to travel.
Q: Where is your dream vacation destination as a couple?
A: Fiji.
Q: What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?
A: Playing sports. I was the typical kid who loved being outside and playing with my older brother.
Q: What’s something you want people to remember about you?
A: That I was always willing to give people a chance, that I gave more than I took, and that I always cared about others first.
